Daughter poisons mother for seizing her iPhone A 12-year-old girl was arrested for attempted first-degree murder after she tried to kill her mother by spiking her drinks with bleach, according to the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office. The girl allegedly admitted that she wanted to kill her mother because she took away her iPhone. The girl’s first attempt to poison her mother occurred when she poured chlorine in her mother’s smoothie. The mother told authorities that she smelled chlorine bleach in her drink, but she thought it was caused by the glass that has not been rinsed properly.
